About VanBartGetaway: A New Company with an Old Soul
Officially founded in February 2026 in the heart of Wrocław, VanBartGetaway is the culmination of a decade-long dream. We combine the rigorous, ticking-clock precision of Western European transport with the undeniable warmth of Polish hospitality.
While the company registration might be fresh ink, the experience behind the wheel is anything but. We are built on 21 years of living and working in the UK, millions of miles driven across the European continent, and the uncompromising safety standards required to transport hospitality units for Formula 1 teams. If you can navigate an articulated lorry through the impossibly tight streets of Monaco on race weekend, you can certainly provide a flawlessly smooth ride through Lower Silesia.
What’s in a Name?
We kept it simple because we believe in complete transparency.
VAN: It starts with the right equipment. Forget cramped, rattling shuttle buses. Our immaculate, unmarked white Volkswagen Multivan T6.1 (known to our British friends as a Caravelle, for reasons best known to VW) is a mobile sanctuary. Boasting the private registration "V1 DUB", it features dark tinted windows, independent 3-zone climate control, and swivel seats offering massive legroom so passengers can face one another. Safe, discreet, and obsessively maintained.
BART: That’s me, Bart Kajor. Your driver, your guide, and the proud owner. I am an advanced driver holding a SMITH Defensive Driving certification, an avid history buff, and a staunch believer that whilst a schedule is important, a memorable moment is priceless.
GETAWAY: This is the core of our business. We aren't just moving you from a hotel to a castle. We are helping you get away—from stress, from rigid timetables, and from the dreadful "cattle class" experience of mass tourism.

As a boutique, owner-operated business targeting the premium market, we possess something the massive corporate agencies simply do not: we actually care. We are small enough to treat every single booking as our most important one, yet experienced enough to handle VIPs, complex itineraries, and the occasional dry British joke.
When you travel with us, you can expect:
Bespoke Flexibility: We do not watch the clock rigorously. If there is an interesting place you wish to see, or a playground your children want to visit to burn off some energy, we stop.
Premium Comfort: Enjoy complimentary local Polish snacks and chilled water served in glass bottles—never plastic. Need to plug in? The van is equipped with numerous USB-C charging points and a retractable table perfect for a laptop.
Seamless Experiences: We offer door-to-door service with free pick-up and drop-off at your Wrocław hotel. For our day trips, tickets to the attractions are pre-booked and included in the price, meaning absolutely no time is wasted standing in queues.
VIP Chauffeuring: For business transfers, airport collections, or special events, we offer a dedicated daily hire service where waiting time is included, and your driver arrives sharply dressed in a black suit and tie.
